Wedding Photography
Photographing a wedding is perhaps the most demanding photography work, drawing on many different skills from an experienced professional photographer. I do not have fixed packages, and prefer to quote based on how long you want a wedding photographer for, the location, etc. The cost could therefore range from $500 to $3,000+. Please contact me to discuss your wedding plans. I would love to meet with you to discuss these.
Commercial & Event Photography
The cost is based on the total time involved, including the editing and delivery of photos. For most jobs it is also inclusive of the supply of high-resolution digital files for all the edited photos. The cost per hour may range between $200 and $500 + GST.
Real Estate Photography
Property Photos - $300 including GST. This is for all properties… residential, apartment, lifestyle, rural, commercial, etc. Includes drone photography where possible. From 30 – 120 photos, depending on property size and type
Section Photos - $150. Mostly drone photography. Usually 10 – 20 photos
Sunset / Night / Twilight - $100. This is usually a one-hour job including editing. While many photos are taken, usually only the best one or two photos are edited and delivered.
Virtual Staging & AI enhancement. There is no additional charge for up to 10 photos. For more than 10 photos, the cost is $10 per additional photo
The above prices include GST. No additional cost for travel (within 20kms of the Whanganui City centre).
Additional services at NO additional cost include:
Returning to the property to reshoot for better weather conditions (blue sky & sunshine), and if some rooms are staged after the initial shoot.
Removal of distracting objects in a photo.
Delivery of photos either the same evening or early the following day.
All the photos are processed by the photographer and not sent overseas for processing.
All the photos are made using flash and ambient lighting. This results in the best image quality, accurate colours and contrast, and natural textures. My real estate photos are not made using the HDR technique as with overseas processing.
